nav.list.accordion Needs Initializer

Right now, the accordion does not work on pages like the documentation unless it's the content loaded before the load event fires. It should be fixed in the same manner as #491 so that one can do something like this:

$('#content nav.bar').blocks().navlistAccordion('init');
