External touchscreen is mapped to the device screen

Steps to reproduce

1. Connect a compatible device to a touchscreen monitor (i.e. Samsung S10)
2. Interact with the shell via touch in the external display

Expected Result

Touch in the external display interacts with the shell displayed in the display

Actual Result

Touch in the external display just maps into the device screen so the external display basically acts like a virtual touchpad.

Additional Comments

Not sure if this is implemented in Lomiri or somewhere else
