Trezor compilation issue due to protobuf discovery

Trezor compilation should not run by default if the integration is not complete @n3alz

Trezor integration (complete or not), also should not have been pushed within the original SS commit, either.

Currently, if protobuf is found, an attempt to compile device_trezor will occur (which fails successfully).
