May sound like a funny idea but hear me out
There is so much about windowlist configuration that has to be explained and doing a man windowlist would be comfortable way to check which options are available, what you can put on them, and what their defaults are.
On #46, I'm planning to make the make install target more conventional (installing executables in ./local/bin) and adding a manpage in that makes sense too.
I'll keep the config table in the README too, I just like using manpages and maybe someone else does too.
