Dashboard should clearly display plan limits and usage

Problem (from #70)

Dashboard does not clearly communicate the article limits per plan.

Current

User has no clear indication of:

• How many articles they have used
• How many remain in their plan
• The split between instant articles and monthly allowance

Expected

• Visual usage bar or counter (e.g. "7 / 10 instant articles used")
• Clear indication of monthly allowance ("5 articles refresh monthly")
• Prominent display on dashboard, not buried in settings
