Mapping `<Cmd>TComment<CR>` doesn't work with ranges

Mapping <Cmd>TComment<CR> doesn't work with ranges, but :TComment<CR> does

Urm, I have to admit I wasn't aware of the <CMD> prefix. When was it introduced? This special mapping would have made things much easier, I guess, but the way it is now the plugin makes certain assumptions about the mode it is in which is why you have to use :TComment<cr>. But thanks for pointing this out to me.

It's pretty new:

Problem:    Making a mapping work in all modes is complicated.

Hm, I think this would solve a lot of problems when implementing a plugin like the present. Unfortunately, I have the feeling that it would require a partial rewrite. This could greatly simplify parts of the code, but I currently don't have the time for that.

I leave the issue open but unless somebody takes over this most likely remain in "won't fix" limbo.
