TB91 breaks TBDialOut....

Looks like the latest version of TB has broken your excellent plugin.

I cannot see it on any of the menu pages (loads fine per the normal process of adding an extension).

Same here.
In TB 91.1.1 on arch linux nor the setting nor the dial-button are visible.
No settings at "AddOns", no settings at "Tools"
Any advice how to fix that?

Same issue. TB 91+ doesn't indicate any incompabilities, but there is no longer a settings menu available and the adress book window doesn't show the dial button.

The menu becomes available again with the newest windowlistener-api but unfortunately it won't fix the whole addon.
