Protein Secondary Structure prediction using SVM classifier implemented in Python.
Installation: Shogun Toolbox(http://shogun-toolbox.org) must be installed in order to use the classifier.
The dataset used is CB513.
To run this svm, simply invoke using
python PSS.py path_to_CB513_dataset
