Question: build S7CommPlusDriver as a dll in Windows

Is is possibile building S7CommPlusDriver as a dll in Windows?
Is it necessary some change to the Visual Studio project?

The dll is built by default. But it's not a C compatible dll if you are expecting this.

Yes, I would like having a C compatible dll...
Do you know if this could be obtained (changing something) or is there some technical aspect that makes this impossible?

@escherstair for sure it is possible, but this is a c# library.
You can maybe try to convert it using AI. There is a commercial library ( SIAccesshttps://industrial.softing.com/de/produkte/opc-ua-siemens-sdks/siaccess.html (earlier known as AGLink)) available, wich is a C library

Since this is a C# library, I think I could load it from my C application after having generated a ".NET wrapper".
I did it in the past for other .NET dlls.
For sure I have to verify if everything works.
Are there some pre-built binaries or should I build it by myself?

It could be a faster option.
