Need a tool to merge the frontmatter for two sets of people Markdown files

Some code I wrote accidentally removed a number of Markdown fields from my Person files. I had a backup from 5 mos prior of files with the fields I needed to get back. I need a script to take the fields from the old fields and add them "back" into the current files
