migration to yew 0.21.0

Please migrate to yew.0.21.0. I can see only significant problems with Modal and Worker implementation. On Yew's side, the Worker impl got changed.

I've tried to implement some fixes on my fork on branch yew-0_21.
Use with care. The changes in modal.rs have not been tested yet...
