So we should add a settings view to both the timesheet and popup (log.html)
this view will let us choose to turn off regular notifications, choose the days and working-time when we want them to go off, and the frequency they should go off at
and to satisfy the data-protection fanatics, we'll also stick a "clear data" button in there too 🤔
