convert Google markup to markdown to preserve history

Export from Google code killed the history while converting wiki to markdown. So, need to convert it manually:

• convert original Mercurial repository to Git and push it on GitHub
• find markup converter
• push

Pandoc does not support it yet - jgm/pandoc#2897

Original converter strips page #summary, so until google/support-tools#186 is merged, clone scripts from techtonik/support-tools and use --summary_italic flag for conversion:
