Testing - setup and write unit tests for all API end points

• make a slack channel for communication (@taiyrbegeyev)
• setup unit testing environment (using any packages you like, I recommend mocha and chai)
• write unit test for the API end points
• communicate with infrastructure team (@ashray) to run the tests on CI
