Set mail_max_userip_connections = 50 for IMAP

For the IMAP protocol, 10 connections is too low. I'm seeing the logs filled with:

imap-login: Maximum number of connections from user+IP exceeded

Sounds fair. I think email clients often open multiple connections to sync multiple folders.
