loadable-components plugin does not support ssr false

What was changed

Added a has_ssr_false helper in src/lib.rs that checks if the second argument to loadable() is an options object containing ssr: false. When detected, transform_import_expr returns early and skips the SSR transformation entirely.

Before: loadable(() => import('./OtherComponent'), { ssr: false }) was incorrectly transformed (SSR properties injected even though SSR was explicitly disabled).

After: The call is left untouched when ssr: false is present, matching the behavior of the original Babel plugin.

Also added a test fixture: tests/fixture/simple import/should not transform when ssr is false/.
