Too long documents create latency / slows down typing

Bug Report

Problematic behavior
When were several (7 people) editing our internal meeting document which is quite long (4171 words, 28 409 caractères) some users editing see their editing experience slow down.
If you start typing fast there is a delay in characters displaying.
We did an archive to reduce the document length and the issue went away

Expected behavior/code
Document length should impact co-editing performance.

3. And then the bug happens!

• Docs version: 4.2.0
