命令补齐无法使用，config profile报错

1. 执行openspec-cn completion install进行安装后，没有补全功能（已重启shell）
2. 执行openspec-cn config profile修改配置后报错

npm error could not determine executable to run
npm error A complete log of this run can be found in: C:\Users\ps\AppData\Local\npm-cache\_logs\2026-03-07T06_20_27_181Z-debug-0.log
`openspec update` failed. Please run it manually to apply the profile changes.

另外，感觉openspec-cn执行命令总是很慢，即使--help也要等一会，不知道为什么

不过都是些小问题，这个软件非常有用，感谢作者，望持续维护~
