User custom field doesn't get filled

Hello there!

I'm importing a csv file with a lot of fields, one of these fileds is an "Approver" user custom field, I've tryed using "username" and "First Lastname" format in the csv but neither of them get detected and the field ends empty post importing.

Any thoughts?

PD: My field names never match, eventhough I use exactly the same name :(
