User Registration and User Invitation

 - add a Landing Page with Instructions
 - anyone can register to use the application, a new team will be created automatially if user is not invited by any existing team
 - create a new page to let existing users to invite new users to their own team
 - perform testing to ensure one user can belong to multiple teams
