Inline links in post body instead of separate link button #135

Description
Links in posts are currently displayed as a separate link button outside the post body. This should be changed so links appear inline within the body text of the post.
Alternatively, if a separate element is kept, add an indicator showing what source the content is coming from (e.g., domain name, favicon, or source label).
Acceptance Criteria
- Links appear inline within the post body text, OR
- A source indicator is displayed showing where the linked content comes from
- Existing link preview cards (if any) still render correctly
