test: reduce test suite from 542 to 413 tests

Remove secondary integration tests to streamline test suite:
- Remove WhatsApp/SMS tests (sms-notify, sms-linear, whatsapp-*)
- Remove OpenCode-sm CLI wrapper tests

Source code for these features remains intact - only tests removed.
Core functionality tests (context, frames, Linear, MCP) preserved.
