Error 500 while creating a new project on stackblitz dashboard #3593

It's been a long time that I can't create a new project from stackblitz dashboard (like vanilla or whatever) and i received that message :
500: Error

If you think this is a bug or problem on our end, please file an issue.
Steps to Reproduce
- Go to 'Dashbord' on stackblitz
- Click on 'new project'
- See error 500
Expected Behavior
Just getting a new project open with the set-up of the framework i've choosed
