[Bug]: Flashbang on page load when using website in dark mode #206

Description
When loading any page on the website while having dark mode toggled on, the page will first load & display in "light mode" before quickly switching colors to dark mode. This results in pages "flashbanging" you, especially when switching pages (because you see dark mode, then light mode, then dark mode in quick succession).
Issue persists on (at least) Chrome, Edge, and Firefox.
