Show Form Definitions in App Resources when Accessing from Form Meta

Problem

If going from a form > form meta > form definition > view form definition, App Resources remembers prior filter selection even if hiding form definitions. This means the "view form definiton" link will take you to App Resources and show you that resource, but it and all other form definitions are hidden in the side panel list of resources. This is confusing for users that don't expect the filter toggle to be enabled with this path to App Resources.

Solution

When accessing form definitions through the form meta, App Resource filters should be set to include form definitions in the side panel.

Additional context

I must admit it’s very confusing when you try to access the form configuration via the form and don’t end up on the right tab. Perhaps this could be improved?
