Other Windows windows have Close, Maximize and Minimize buttons at the edge ("infinite height", so when window is maximized cursor can be moved all the way to the top/right corner to activate close button. With FluentWPF the buttons are just a pixel shy from the top, so the cursor has to be moved down to click the button.
