mybinder is not automatically checked in the CI before a PR is approved

There is currently no way to catch errors in Binder before they get to the master branch.

This is somehow also associated with #301, we do not have a simple way to compile the docker files in the current setup. We might want to think about it a bit more.

This is an idea on how to solve it somehow pragmatically replicating part of the behavior needed in Binder, without publishing any images. We would just build + run one example to catch the Docker/Binder breakage early.

Steps needed:

1. Create a new yaml workflow (.github/workflows/test_pip_compilation.yaml for example)
2. Checkout the repo
3. Build again the container for binder .binder/Dockerfile , tag it for the current sha/commit
4. Without pushing the image, test if the file dpsim-file.py runs correctly inside the container that was just built

No, we are doing the process this way to avoid the problems with the runner availability. So basically this will go through independently, later might be integrated into some other workflow.
