Too old GeoIP prevents loading players

The GEOIP functions inside import/import_playerstuff.php are too old and will fail silently on Debian Stretch (PHP Version 5.6.30-0+deb8u1) with php-geoip extension installed (v. 1.1.0 ).

Workaround: comment out all GeoIP related lines in the above file.
