Windows 11 - mpv 0.41 - Fail to render video/audio

Describe the bug
After updating mpv to v0.41, smplayer won't render video/audio

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Update the MPV build - mpv v0.41.0-156-g40d2947fa using update.bat

Expected behavior
Smplayer should play video and audio

Your Enviroment

• SMPlayer version: SMPlayer v. 25.6.0 (revision 10369)
• OS: Windows 11 25H2
• Multimedia engine you're using with SMPlayer (preferences -> general): mpv

Additional context
Reverting mpv build to 0.40 would play the video/audio
PP is not enabled

I've just tested with mpv-i686-20260211-git-3847a81 and it crashes on Windows.

I have been using mpv v0.41.0-177-g102e693f4 built on Feb 14 2026 with smplayer 25.6.0 (revision 10369) (64-bit) on Windows 11 for the last 4 days without any issues. I downloaded it from Zhongfly.

I did not realize you were testing the 32-bit version of mpv. They changed the default output driver to gpu-next in version 0.41. The 32-bit mpv from Shinchiro unfortunately does not work with gpu-next and crashes. You need to force vo=gpu for the 32-bit mpv v0.41 to work.
