25.6.0 - "add black lines in fullscreen" doesn't work as it should

Describe the bug
Look at the attached screenshots cuz there's no better way to explain this than with screenshots

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Set the player to add black lines in fullscreen.
2. Run any video whose resolution isn't 100% match for the resolution of your screen. For instance, if your screen is 1920x1080, run a video like 1920x800 (visible area), so that you can see the black lines in question.
3. Observe the video's image and aspect ratio get all wonky because of the black lines.

Expected behavior
Black lines should only expand the subtitles field, not change the video's aspect ratio.

Logs
SMPlayer only shows logs if there's an error playing the video. In this case the video starts OK but the visuals of the video are not OK, so no log available.

@smplayer-dev I just found out why 10399 "fixes" the problem with the black bars: because it doesn't add any. If it did, the subs should go below the movie image. For instance: "Riddick 1 - Pitch Black Director's Cut (2000)", it's 1920x816, so when you run it on a real 1080p screen, you get some black spaces above and below the movie. So you think "if I enable the black bars, then the subs should go below the movie". But they don't. Which means that 10399 and ALL builds after 10399 don't add any black bars AT ALL.

P.S. Read this!
After some testing and downgrading, I can say with 100% certainty that ONLY v22.7.0 works as intended in every single option, including adding/removing those black bars in fullscreen!
What's funny is that if I load the config files FOR 22.7.0, it stops working but using the config files for 25.6.0, 22.7.0 works perfectly.
