Member - Cancel bookings

As a user, I want the ability to cancel a booking for a property or resource so that I can make changes to my schedule.

• Upon initiating a cancellation, a confirmation should assure the user that cancelling this booking means other users can now book this time.
• Upon successful cancellation, the time the booking initially made for should now be available for others to make bookings
