Analytics dashboard to report/visualize key metrics

It would be useful to develop an analytics dashboard for Serval to track key metrics. We can start by implementing a chart to track statistics of interest for a specific feature in an environment for creating charts. This will provide a foundation that we can build on for future metrics. A simple solution could be to use MongoDB Atlas Charts.

• quotation denormalization usage
• how many books/chapters drafted
• what books are drafted
• how much data is trained
