Better examples

Current examples are far from real-life ones and all require a rather strong rig able to encode the stream. These examples should also serve as test backend for end to end tests with some webdriver setup.

The samples should include:

• encoded stream from local camera (with identification of inputs) - see test.sh
• non-encoded stream from an rtmp publishing point - see test-publish.sh
• generated stream - see generate.sh

The work in this task is to improve the documentation around the shell scripts and allow usage of those outside of a pre-prepared test case.
