Shutter Editor Copy to Clipboard Not Working in Linux Mint (Kernel 6.17.0)

When I take a snapshot of my screen and Shutter loads, the snapshot does get copied to the clipboard. But... when I click on the Edit button to edit the snapshot in Shutter Editor and then click on the 'Copy selection to clipboard' icon, the edited snapshot DOES NOT get copied to the clipboard.

In help on getting the Shutter Editor portion to copy to clipboard after editing the snapshot will be very grateful. Shutter is cool app and I would like this feature to work.

Please see #727. The copy/paste button inside the editor is only meant for elements created with the various tools that the editor offers, not for (parts of) the background image data. It isn't even possible to select areas of the background image with the selection tool, only the SVG elements on top of it.
