Admin is unable to rename node

Admin is not able to rename it from the Manage screen[

I created PR to activate this feature. Admins now have the ability to change the node name. Testing wasn't easy, and I had to deploy my Lightning node locally via Docker to get the admin token, but the testing was successful and it works. I'd appreciate your feedback.
