User data from nostr

If npub has kind0 avatar data, shcockwallet could load it automatically, at least:

• @Username
• Display Name
• Avatar image link (already implemented)

Bonus:

• User banner image
• Lightning address (ie.: if already set, we could find a way to integrate - if not set, user@shocwallet is set in nostr too as both Lightning address and Nostr handle)
