Support on-the-fly blocklist domain updates without interrupting DNS service

Hello,
I’d like to request a new feature that allows updating the blocklist domains on-the-fly, without restarting or interrupting the running DNS service.

I have tried updating or adding blocklist entries through the API, but this caused the DNS service to temporarily stop responding to client queries while applying the changes. This short downtime disrupts production environments where continuous DNS availability is required.

It would be very helpful if blocklist modifications (add, remove, update) could be applied dynamically and immediately, while the DNS service keeps running without interruption.
