1. Provision on the UI to allow admin to configure and store multiple brand guidelines
2. Store these documents in the 'STATE" folder on the backend
3. Allow user to select from previously stored documents - the base guideline to compare against
4. Python script to take user input and perform IVI against rules in the chosen base document
