Can't open animdessin2

When open the animdessin2 from Windows->Extensions the panel is launching and then disappearing immediately.

Are you suing the version from the exchange website? Probably because the signage is out of date.

You cn try my custom version. If you find the issue report where i state I've added more features. In there are links on how to install it manually

I have the same problem, I use Animdessin2CC2018 but when I try to open it, it disappear.
I use Photoshop CC2019
