"Operation is not supported in elevated mode"

I tried both dragging the AnimDessin2_cc18.zxp into the window and the install path on the extension manager, but both methods gives me an error window say "Installation - Operation is not supported in elevated mode, use command without sudo/admin" and to be honest, I have no idea what that means. I tried googling this but got absolutely nothing. Can some one help me out please?

Better try the version from adobe extension website or try my forked version. My version has tons of updates. You can find it in an issue report here where i stayed i added functionality .
