The extension is damaged

I kept downloading the zxp files for several times and tried to install it with the extension manager but this same alert shows up

Installation
The extension is damaged or file is not accessible, please re-download it (error code: 152)

nvm I solved this problem. I downloaded another zxp installer and was able to install the extensions
