Instructions for Using the Personalized Dining Recommender

  1. Enter User Preferences: Fill out your dietary preferences and sentiment in the input form provided.

  2. Import Yelp Reviews: Import the Yelp reviews into DynamoDB. Select the restaurant of your choice before uploading the output generated from get_reviews.py

  3. Select a Restaurant: Using the output text from the previous step, choose a restaurant (e.g., "Hummingbird Restaurant").

  4. Run the App: Execute the app. The AI model will provide personalized food recommendations based on your dietary preferences and selected restaurant.
