More than a year ago the nim language project released an official extension for VS Code (https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/items?itemName=NimLang.nimlang). The extension is well maintained and has the backing of the nim core team. Having multiple nim VS Code extensions hurts the nim language because new users who do not know which extension to install often go for the one with the most downloads, even if that is not the most up to date with the language.
I believe that the team behind this (great!) extension are now mostly focused on nim-skull. Assuming that's the case, I would suggest renaming this extension to nim-skull in the Visual Studio Marketplace and update its description accordingly. That way people who are looking for an extension to develop nim code can more easily find the official extension, while people who are interested in nim-skull can find and use this extension instead.
