What is the current behavior?
<PhoneInput> component has onChange function prop, but neither onFocus nor onBlur props.

If the current behavior is a bug, please provide the steps to reproduce.

Which version of react-cm-ui, and which browser / OS are affected by this issue? Did this work in previous versions of react-cm-ui?
Using React CM UI 1.8.11 (but still a valid issue up through 1.8.20)
All OSs and browsers impacted equally.
Observed on Windows 7, Google Chrome Version 63.0.3239.132 (Official Build) (64-bit)
No prior versions of React CM UI have had this feature; it is a new feature request/enhancement.

<PhoneInput> still does not have onFocus and onBlur.
I do not recall exactly why I thought we needed them at the time. Clearly we've made it through the intervening two years and four months since this was reported without them. =)

I won't be offended in the least if we close this. Or we can leave this open for consideration in the future.
