              <p>My project, Sky Cable TV Refresh, is an innovative web application designed to empower subscribers to manage their cable services independently. By leveraging a user-friendly website and a robust web API that utilizes a queuing system, users can easily refresh their cable boxes to resolve common issues with their cable plans. This functionality eliminates the need for lengthy customer support calls, significantly enhancing user experience and satisfaction.
