Upon initiating the resignation process, employees fill out the Online Clearance Form, detailing items to be returned, such as laptops, mice, emails, and VPN access.

                The form is then submitted for departmental approval, starting with the ICT department, which verifies the return of all technical equipment and access credentials. Other departments, such as HR and finance, also participate in the approval process, checking for outstanding obligations, benefits, and any final settlements.
