Allow stretching on repeated keystrokes #1646

jeee, I would love this. coming from windows, where it is very easy to move a window around the screen. I wish pressing any of the ⌃◀ , ⌃▶, ⌃▲, ⌃▼ was conditional on where the window already is.
With that, I could do what is on the gif above super fast with just pressing ⌃ and playing with the arrow keys |

Apologies for not replying to this one initially. This is in Rectangle Pro (paid), where you set the modifier keys to be used with arrow keys: I have plans to expand on this kind of behavior and make it much more customizable in Rectangle Pro, and at that time I'll consider adding at least the base functionality into Rectangle as well. I'm also not opposed to merging a pull request in Rectangle that contains this behavior if anyone wants to contribute. |

Hi and thanks for the app. I'm new to MacOS and this was a lifesaver. I was wondering if the option of stretching and shrinking on repeated presses has been discussed.
The app already has actions for repeated keystrokes so perhaps this could be added.
The benefit would be that you would only need the cursor keys to achieve the majority of positions instead of needing to remember multiple combinations.
On Linux, pressing super + up on a window which is already moved left, for example, would place it into the top left corner, pressing down would stretch it back to full screen, and down again would put it in the bottom corner. Pressing up on a window which already top and full width would maximize the window, up again brings it back to half, leaving you to press left or right again to put it into the corner.
A picture is worth a thoudand words so I've created a GIF to illustrate.
