Caravan window is empty in multiplayer with Vehicle Framework installed #561
Description
When trying to form a caravan in multiplayer, the caravan window becomes empty after the first caravan is sent.
The very first caravan works normally.
Any attempt to create a new caravan afterwards shows no pawns, animals, or items.
The list is completely empty, making it impossible to send additional caravans.
Steps to reproduce
Start a multiplayer game.
Click on Form caravan.
Observer that the list has available pawns and items
Close the window
Click on Form caravan again.
Observe that the list is empty (no pawns/items appear).

RimWorld version: 1.6.4566
