Update to the latest rust-vmm-ci

We haven't updated the submodule in a long time, so we will have to fix the clippy warnings.

There is already a PR that updates to a newer version, but the cargo audit test is failing: #236. We should first address the audit failure by updating the dependencies to their latest version.
