Take down https://aturon.github.io/? #56

Description

@dimo414

I found the guidelines at https://aturon.github.io/ via Google, which mentions it's build from this repository, but judging from the status of the repo and the contents of the site it seems stale. Assuming that's correct I think it would be helpful to take down or redirect https://aturon.github.io/ to the fmt-rfcs repo or another more up-to-date location. I was initially confused by some of the notes on the site referencing long-closed issues as still open questions.
